Before we embark on this journey together, it's important to acquaint you with the details that ensure your celebration goes smoothly.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your chosen date.
Payment options include Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, facilitating a smooth transaction.
The balance is due seven days prior to your scheduled event date, as detailed on the invoice we'll send via email.
Full payment is essential for event setup. Without full payment two days before the event, we regrettably must cancel, and deposits will not be refunded.

All provided equipment remains the property of Seaglass Celebrations.
You agree to keep all equipment attended throughout the event.
Any damage, loss, or need for extensive cleaning will incur a fee, equivalent to the replacement cost, payable within seven days.
This includes but is not limited to improper use, missing items, and damage from unknown causes, cigarette burns, or stains from red wine or similar substances.
In case of theft, please provide a written notice including the theft details and the police report.

Luxury picnics are reserved for two hours, and teepees for 24 hours.
Extensions can be requested three days prior and are subject to availability. Extension fees are $95 per hour for picnics and 50% of the total fee for teepees, with no refunds for unused time.

We understand life's unpredictability and will hold your booking for 15 minutes. After this, we may have to pack down to respect subsequent bookings.
Arriving late? You can still enjoy the remaining time, with a potential for an additional hour at $95, schedule permitting.

We reserve the right to use event photos for promotional purposes, celebrating the beauty of your moments with others.

By choosing Seaglass Celebrations, you and your guests acknowledge the inherent risks of event participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property loss.
You waive any legal action against Seaglass Celebrations for any injury, illness, death, or loss incurred during our events, assuming full responsibility for any medical expenses.
